CanineCore is comprehensive lifestyle training – we teach you how to educate your dog! A deep understanding of canine behaviour, combined with real-life class experiences, gives you the tools to develop a well-balanced and behaved dog you can manage and enjoy in any situation!

 

These one-of-a-kind group classes takes place in a variety of locations across the city – parks, neighbourhoods, dog-friendly shops, downtown, etc. You can expect to make continuous progress week after week while breaking bad habits quickly by reinforcing positive behaviour! Our Core program is the best solution for behaviour challenges you would like to understand and manage with confidence, our real-world training setting provides opportunities for learning that an indoor obedience class cannot offer! ​

Not sure if Canine Core is a good fit for your dog? check out our Reactive Recovery program - designed specifically for frustrated or fearful dogs with a history of reactivity or aggression.

Please note, this is an extremely popular class that is offered only a few times throughout the year. If you would like to register for a future session we recommended you join our waiting list to avoid missing out!

Canine Core is the best solution for training challenges you would like to understand and manage with confidence. The real-world training setting provides opportunities for learning that an indoor obedience class cannot offer! Our unique program is perfectly suited to; newly adopted dogs, service dogs in training, excitable dogs, refreshing foundations or teaching advanced skills, or to try something fun and different with your dog. No matter what your goal is, this training program offers you the ability to have a life with your dog beyond your expectations!

 

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Weekly sessions taking place over 6 weeks 

  • Virtual Orientation Class

  • Canine Behaviour and Communication

  • Fundamental skills (focus, dog/dog, human/dog greetings, sit, stay, loose leash walking, settle, leave it etc)

  • Urban and advanced lifestyle skills (urban agility, distance work, coping with distractions, impulse control, dropped leash and off leash work)

  • In class and ongoing support from your trainer!

  • New experiences, socialization, games and more!

Requirements:

  • Your dog must be at least 5 months old 

  • Your dog must be up to date on their vaccinations

  • Dogs with a history of aggression, fearful or anxious behaviour, etc should contact us for suitable alternatives.

Tuesday March 29th (Orientation Class) @ 6:00pm
